This inexpensive foot scrub and milk bath will have your feet looking and feeling fabulous with the added benefits of relaxing magnesium. Magnesium is one of the most needed minerals in the body and apparently experts say that 80 to 95% of adults are magnesium deficient. Magnesium helps to regulate heart health, mental health, blood pressure and so much more, so why not make your feet look fabulous as well as helping the inside of your body.
Ingredients for Magnesium scrub • 1 cup of epsom salt (a natural source of magnesium) or magnesium flakes • 1/4 cup coconut oil or almond oil • 1 teaspoon liquid castille soap (optional) • Optional: 10-15 drops of essential oil of your choice
1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients and add essential oils. 2. Store in an airtight jar and use a teaspoon sized amount to exfoliate feet.
A few aroma suggestions
10 drops of lavender essential oil and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. 5 drops spearmint and 10 drops lavender essential oil. 15 drops lavender essential oil 10 drops orange and 5 drops peppermint essential oil

Fill your bucket with warm water, just enough to cover your feet then add 3 cups of whole milk, you can use any type of milk whether it be almond or coconut milk. Why whole milk? Whole milk's high fat content helps to soften, moisturize and nourish healthy skin. The lactic acid in cow's milk helps to exfoliate the skin. Basically any milk will certainly make your feet look and feel better. Soak your feet for about 5 minutes and then lightly dry your one foot whilst the other is still soaking. Use a teaspoon sized amount to exfoliate your foot. Place your foot back in the milk bath and do the other foot. Now place both feet back in the foot bath and relax for just a little longer. If you like you can add a few drops of your essential oil to the milk before adding it to the water.
